To Whom It May Concern:
Anthony Roscoe worked in the College of Business Web Center from August 2006 to June 2007. His duties as a Web Developer required him to be able to work as a member of a team and he has excelled at this. He has more than carried his share of the work load, helped others, and been the type of employee one likes to have in all aspects.
A Web Developer must be able to work with faculty, staff and students as web pages are created and updated. Anthony efficiently handled these duties and was very professional and diplomatic in his dealings with faculty. Anthony possesses excellent interpersonal skills. He successfully works with faculty, administrators, secretaries, student employees and graduate students throughout our college.
Anthony's greatest contribution to the College was the creation of our new website. He developed various themes to choose from, and then tweaked them to meet the expectations of our administration. In addition to the graphics, Anthony helped streamline the structure of the entire site which will benefit us for years to come.
Anthony's knowledge of web languages and design along with his work ethic and ability to work with others make him a valuable employee.
If I can be of any assistance, please feel free to contact me.

To Whom It May Concern:
Anthony Roscoe has been a student of mine for the past three years. He has taken many courses in web design. In his most recent class, Anthony's design was selected to be used by a local non-profit organization. He is developing a template they can use to update their information.
With each year, Anthony has gained more experience with design and programming. He continually amazes me with his breadth of knowledge and skill. He learns new programs and languages very quickly, and he is able to apply them with style and sophistication.
I highly recommend Anthony for any IT position that allows him to continue to learn and grow. He is especially talented in web design and scripting languages, and he would be a great asset to any organization. To add to his list of fine attributes, Anthony is self-motivated, responsible, and accepts criticism and assistance graciously.
If you would like more information, please contact me via email (jkichle1@kent.edu) or phone (440-834-3719). I would be happy to talk with you and answer any questions you may have.
